Here are some of the technotes which addresses the issue:
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH133517 : Operating System not found on boot-up after a successful Restore Anywhere Option (RAO) restore
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH68676 : After a successful system recovery, upon reboot the system is unresponsive
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH68780 : A successful restore of an image containing Acronis drivers, using the Restore Anywhere Option (RAO) results in a continuous Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with no specific error message
Thanks,

Yes, I also face the same problem before but then i sorted out after reading from one of the above white paper.
BESR is very good application it should be able to overcome that problem.

I'm asking this question because many OEM computers have hidden partitions for support reasons. If you do not restore these partitions along with the system partition, your computer will go into a boot loop similar to your issue. I've had this issue with Dell and HP computers so far, but can predict that other manufacturers have similar practices. If you did not backup these hidden partitions, you may be able to fix this with the recovery console's fixboot and fixmbr commands or manually adjusting your boot.ini file on your system drive.

How about using the steps described in this blog below ?

I've the same problem before and it is pretty much what I did to make the system restore works for my server.
