Does anyone know how to remove duplicate archive emails from EV 8.0 without having to export the archive and using an Outlook tool to delete duplicates?

I have already added the key under storage though still no go. The only thing I can think of is the system thinks the 14 days have not passed yet which I am hoping I can check somewhere in SQL.
