thanks for the reply ZeroCool. Do I have to also install the 2 Agent for Application and Databases License on this server ? Does this then allow me to push the Agent out to the appropriate exchange/SQL Server ?

Thanks for all your help guys with this. A repair of the 9.1 software seems to have fixed the issue. All BE services starting up ok. Will let you know IF I get any other issues.
