Advice for backing up data on a NAS Box

We have a NAS box on our network that we need to backup data from. Since it is a NAS we cannot install a remote agent on it. We are getting the following error

V-79-57344-3844 - The media server was unable to connect to the Remote Agent on machine NASBOX. The media server will use the local agent to try to complete the operation.
Unable to initialize Remote Agent.

What is the best method to backup data on the NAS Box?

Hi Owen,

The way you are backing it up is perfectly fine,  the only thing to remember is that those backup jobs are always going to show failed since there is no Remote Agent install.  If this is a problem, one thing that I can recommend is to backup the NAS on a job by itself, then the rest of the data in another job to avoid confusion with the failed jobs.
