BE 9.0 asking for username and password after Disaster Recovery

Good morning,

We had to perform a DR on our W2K Forest Root after a major hardware failure.

We use BE v 9.0.

BE was installed to a temporary location for the DR. Once the C drive and System state were backdown from tape, we have a working system, but when I try to run BE, it asks for a username and password (of the Administrator, for the Media Server), and none of the BE services will start.

None of our known passwords work, we cannot change the domain, and we can't run BE to enable us to restore the other drives.

If anyone is able to help me with this, I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks,

Paul
