Backup Exec 12 for Windows Server

My Weekly Full Backup job status states; "Ready; No idle devices are available" ... The backup fail to run... There are tapes are insert in the Dell PowerVault TL 2000... Not sure why it state No devices are available. What needs to be done to resolve this issue?

Also how do you insert another tape?

If you notice the incremental job is still active and there is "Green Question Mark" which indicates

there is an active alert waiting for your response. Device is busy as it has thrown an alert which 

needs to be cleared out.

Note: I'm assuming you have only 1 tape drive.

Can you take a screeshoot and show us the alert message? That is a stand alone right? You run invenroty before run the job?
