Backup Exec Reports duplicates

Hi,

I run monthly reports to see what jobs have been running and with what final status. I had to create a custom report for that and for some reason the report created contains duplcates ie some jobs are displayed many times with the exact same name, duration, bytes processed, dates etc and I don't see why it's doing that. Is there a way to get rid of the duplicates? I hope that makes sense...
