Backup exchange 2010 + agent

Hi

 

Couple days i have visiting different sites and forums, locate information how back up exchange 2010. Somehow i can't make it work? DAG show thats is grayed out, agent is installed exchange but cannot backup nothing.

 

I have own exchangebackup account, that is exchange organization member, exchange local member, domain admin, administrator etc.. agent is up to date

 

Does any one had good specs what i doing wrog?

Only BE2010 on 64bit server supports Exchange 2010, what version of BE you are using?

I have installed BE2010 r2 x32 bit 2003 windows, that is x32 problem i think ?...

As per requirement BE has to be on 64bit server
