Backup exec 12.5 software datacompression

Does any one knows software compression that is used in backup exec 12.5 done at client side or server side by default for B2D destinations? Thanks

Software compression is always done at the client side, regardless of the destination media.

Unfortunately, no.  I got this information from Symantec Tech Support.  You can check with them.
