DLo Agent always Offline

I have re-istalled DLO agent on most computers. When we try to open DLo it opens, but the status is offline. When i try to change from offline to online it goes back to offline. I really need help. We have different subnets. On subnet 0 there is no problem, but on other subnets like 9, 2 DLo is offline. The Symantec version is 12.5 and it runs on Server 2008 Enterprise.

Is your name resolution different between the subnets?
Do you have firewalls or any form of TCP port filtering between the subnets?

The name resolutions is the same. There are no Firewalls on some of them. Like on subnet 6 there is no fire wall in between.
