Disaster Recovery Preperation

I am look for any documentation on disaster Recovery for Windows 2003 and BackupExec 9.1. I recently took over this position and the servers are not being backed up properly. I was able to get one server backing up regularly, but want to get prepared in case anything happens. I cannot find any information on doing a full Domain restore. Does anyone know where I can find it.
