Do you duplicate a backup set to two different tapes at the same time?

No. You can only duplicate to one media at one time.

This feature is known as Multistreaming ~ a process where multiple streams of the same data is written at the same time to multiple tape drives.

Backup Exec doesn't offer this feature, Netbackup does.

Thanks. Howevery, I can configure two duplicate jobs at the same time in Backup Exec console.

But I can't find any related documents to state it.

You can define 2 duplicate jobs to duplicate to 2 different tapes, but you cannot define 1 duplicate job to write to 2 tapes at the same time.
