Exchange Backup Error

I get often an error message when BEWS 12 trys to backup Exchange 2007:

Unable to complete the operation for the selected resource using the specified options.  The followi...

After a reboot the backup works fine... What does this mean and how can I solve this error?

I tried some settings in BEWS and found out, that not all logfiles are deleted on the exchange server. There where several "old" files (2-5 days old). I disabled the GRT function and the backup completed without error, also the logfiles where cleaned... After, the GRT was again enabled, the backup runs perfect.

Is there a Problem with the GRT feature?
