Exchange job completes successfully but takes several hours for the job to "end"

I just upgraded from 11d to 12 (used LiveUpdate to download the current updates).  I was glad to see all of my settings remained intact. 

Last night was the first night of version 12 backups.  My Exchange job -- which on 11d would finish in about 26 minutes -- took nearly 7 hours to complete.  When I look at the log it says that the job and verify actually finished in the typical 26 minutes.  But for whatever reason the job took the 7 hours to "complete" in job monitor.

I've seen several posts regarding issues with the GRT but most seem to be problems where the job hangs and never completes.  Does anyone have any ideas in my case?

Hello, I have not seen this before. Were you there when the job was still running? If so, what was the job status? Also check you EVT logs for any errors that may have occured while the job was running.
