In the validation of the user, i type user and password, but screen froze.

I am with problems in the use of backupexec.

The installation occurs normally: First I installed Java 1,3, after, the backupexec, I select the Administration Console options, and added Hosts the IP of the machine.
I tried to use the console with Windows 98 an Win XP, and the problem is the same. In the validation of the user, I choose the server, type user and password, but when i click in the OK, not made nothing ! not accuse if the user is invalid, does not occur error, the software simply froze.
