I am testing Backup Exec 12.5 using Backup to Disk, then to tape. Previously I used v9.1 just to tape. I have run 2 full backups of my exchange 2003 server using exchange option. I was testing a restore of a mail item and discovered that I only had the latest backup set listed to restore from.
I will admit that I do not fully understand all of the backup to disk options and I am guessing that it might be the reason, or I just don't understand exchange backups in the new version.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

When I did the test restore yesterday, the backup from 2 nights ago was there, not there now.
Just turned on the duplicate policy to pus backup to tape after disk backup.
