We have a license support agreement with Symantec and are entitled upgrades to the new versions as they come available. We have all the version 12.5 agents available to us (sql, exchange, windows remote, central admin, sso, aofo, etc) however no where in the list is the 12.5 media server to actually get v12.5 upgraded/installed.
Am I missing something? Is it possible our licensing has expired and the 12.5 agents are just made available automatically?
