Hi, our customer's BE server is BE 2014 SP2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Std. Currently they are using SDR for full system recovery of clients. All their clients are Windows clients. Recently when I was helping them doing SDR recovery, I found something strange:
During the SDR recovery, in the client selection page, if I select a client, it only lists the most recent backup sets of the client to recover (e.g., the most recent 5 backup sets since this Mar). However, in BE admin console, it shows the client has more backup sets (e.g., 10 backup sets since this Jan). In this case, in SDR recovery, we will not be able to recover the earlier backup set (e.g., backup set in Jan) as it does not list there.
My question is: are there any settings of SDR that we can set so that it can list all the backup sets to recover during SDR recovery? Thanks in advance.
