Schedule job on multiple days of month?

Back in BE 2010, I was able to schedule jobs using a caledar like week/day feature which let's me select which days of month I want the job to run.

But How do I do the same on BE 2012?

For example: I have a weekly job that I want to run on every 2nd,3rd,4th saturday of each month. (How to do this without creating 3 separate jobs?)

Go to Backup and Restore tab

right click on the server name - Edit Backups

Select the job - Ok

In Backup Properties - select Edit ont he right (beside Add Stage)

under 'Schedule section' - expand the "Recurrence" section to set the desidered Schedule

@capriguy84 - as you mentioned, separate jobs will have to be created in BE 2012. We have received feedback about inability to select multiple week days in a monthly schedule, which could be done in BE 2010 and the same is under discussion.
