Symantec Backup Exec with Tape Drive

Hi Guys,

 I am new to this community.

I have serious problem.Please help me.

I have installed Symanted backup exec 2012 with 2 additional symantec agent (for ms sql).

I also installed HP ultrium Tape drive with 6 3TB LTO-5 cartrdiges.

I have to schedule full backup on fridays and rest of the day differential.

I dont have any knowledge in using Tape drives and this my first attempt.

I am trying to use different tapes for full and differential backups.

I dont know how to use 2 tape drives for this.

I heard about creating media sets and then backup. But i dont know to do it.

I have done backup to local drives but tape drive is completely strange to me.

Please help me using tape drive to backup.

Can you guys guide me the steps needed to schedule a successfull backup to tape drive.

I am already running out of time.
