The Backup Exec Server Service did not start.

After performing a reboot of my server I keep getting the following error when trying to start the "Backup exec server" service.

My current setup is as follows.

OS: Window 2003 Enterprise with SP1

Backup Exec: 12

Thanks for the quick response.  I have read those articles and they are of no help since Backup Exec 12 do not have the same dll.

Probably down to opening a paid incident then, since Tech Support presence here is almost non-existent these days
