I recently started getting this error message when attempting to view any completed job log in BE 2012. I'm not sure what changed, but I remain unable to view job logs now. I did find a microsoft article about this error message:
However, the solution that worked for others - removing specific MS updates - does not apply in my situation because those updates are not installed on my BE 2012 server.
Does anyone know how I could resolve this error?

Does it mention which DLL was not found ?
Try running a repair of BE and reboot the server as well.
