I'm doing some diagnostics on BE 12.5 (backup on main system keeps failing to Quantum Autoloader) so I've built a new Windows 2003 32 bit server with a trial version of BE. I'm trying to copy a job from the production media server to the test server but it keeps failing. All the log says is:
Job started : 18 September 2009 10:01:18
Job ended : 18 September 2009 10:12:18
Completed status: Canceled, timed out
The job was automatically canceled because it exceeded the job's maximum configured run time.
It's using the "System logon account" which is associated with ourdomain\backupexec account. This account has local admin rights on both the source and target media server.
Any ideas?
