Hi to all I would like to know if there is a tool to upgrade the schema of the BE91 database to BE10d
we are migrating from a BE91 production server to a New BE10d server. We also want to remove from production the older server. So I new server has been build up with BE10d.
The BE10d Database schema is different from BE91. If I tried to import the BE91 database to the new server the Backup Exec Device and Media Service cannot start because it detected a database schema version mismatch.
Also visit following link which will guide you through step by step upgrade of BEWS 10.d from BEWS 9.1:

For the error "The Backup Exec Device and Media Service cannot start because it detected a database schema version mismatch. "
- Un-installed Backupexec and did a fresh install.
- Copied the data and catalogs folder from old backup.
- Migrated the databases using Bemig command.
