Upgrade / Install Backupexec 9.0 -> 10.0

Is there a specific procedure and/or considerations involved in the upgrade of a version 9.0 system to version 10? I am using the Novell, MS Exchange and MS SQL agents.

Backup Exec v10.0 replaces any previous versions; no
separate migration or upgrade utility is necessary. Most settings and all catalogs and data directories from previous versions of Backup Exec are kept. At the end of the installation, the upgrade process is summarized.

You can upgrade the Backup Exec v9.0 to v10.0 by performing an in-place upgrade. It is recommended to backup the \Backup Exec directory before starting the upgrade.

What about using the exisiting 9.0/9.1 Clients as these servers can't easily be rebooted right away?

Are 9.X agents compatible with 10.0 engine?
