First of all everything is running okay. I have been upgrading Exchange server, SQL servers with the new agent and I hadn't had any issues until I got to a one server. There is nothing especial on that server is just a data folder that I want to backup. I am trying to upgrade the angent via Backup Exec application by going to tools then install Agent. Then I decide to logon to the server and uninstall the agent services and I can't uninstall the service. Some services are not allowing to stop them I am log on as Administrator. I need help to resolve this issue because I need to start doing backups ....
