Hello,
I have this error
Backup - AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\SAPSERVER.vmst.int\E:". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
V-79-10000-11242 - VSS Snapshot error. Out of disk space, or could not find an NTFS volume while creating the snapshot. Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) requires an NTFS volume with enough free disk space for each physical or virtual disk volume to cache the data that changes during the backup job. Consult the Microsoft documentation for more information.
Target Servers VSS service is working. Disk have got enough space and it is NTFS. But I getting this error. I using Backup Exec 13.0 V.
I need help about this problem please.

Hi
Please check link below

My target server's shadow copy service working on the screen shot left side.
And disk space of E: drive 367 GB full, 703 GB free. So I don't understand free space at least 2 time big than full storage VSS working. Why Symantec commented about VSS.
