e000fe36 error on SNAP server

Lately, all full backup jobs of our SNAP 4100 server have been failing with e000fe36 errors. The corrupt data files are always different. I do not use the Advanced Open File Option. The job is run from a Windows 2000 Server with the latest patches, including the SP4 roll up. The job is set to "never" back up open files as mentioned in http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/258696.htm . The job does skip files that I know are open, but the failure files are usually old archive files that are very unlikely to be open, such as zips of ex-employees' files.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello,
Do you mean that you are getting an error on files of the emloyees that have left the organisations.

Have you configured the backup job to skip or exclude thses files / folders?
