restore exchange Storage Group to another server

Hi all

I have backup of exchange2003 storage group, I have other exchange server for testing purpose I installed symantec and copied backup folder IMG00001 and B2D00002 differential

on second server I created new backup-to-disk folders path to backup folder I copied, in restore wizerd can't see IMG00001 only B2D which is Differential backup

any suggestion what I m doing wrong

Hi,

After creating the B2D folders, did you run a catalog to add that information into the BEDB?

If not, I'd suggest starting with an inventory, then a catalog and then try the restore again!

here is my device summary

maximum size for backup to disks file :4G.B

Allocate the maximum size for backup to disk: Disabled

maximum number of backup sets per backup: 100

low disk space threshold: 0 G.B

My backup size now 5 G.B after second full backup  I was expecting to see some error or information to increase or create second backup-to-disk folder  could you plz explain
