Custom reports for DLO 7.5? Size mismatch on Storage Consumption report?

Hi,

Is there a way to create custom reports from DLO 7.5? Do you have any database schema reference that can be used for custom reporting?

In a report Storage Consumption per User sizes in the report does not match the sizes on storage? Why? How exactly the report calculate the consumption? DLO agents are using continious backup mode.

Hi,

We need to consult higher management before sharing the database schema.

It will generate the report based on the information shown on the History tab of the Admin console. It will take some time to update the history tab based on the delay set (default it is 15 minutes).

We recommend you to not to change the delay it may cause performance degradation.

Hello,

We've found that the report named Storage Consumption per User is only retriveing the network storage size. It doesn't include the dedup storage.

So users that are not using dedup have the correct size, users using dedup get weird result.
