Hello,
It is not a very good situation that mail has been archived from 2 of my Mac OSX 10.9.1 users but now they have no way of accessing the archived mail because the Client Mac OSX software reports that it is only compatible with 10.5.4.
The client software was setup by my reseller, so I need to know 2 things :
1. Is there a client version fr Mac OSX 10.9.1.?
2. If no, then how can I restore mail to these 2 users from the archive - they need to access some of their historical mails
Please advise
Thanks,
David

First of all, always look at the Compatibility Guide
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH38537
10.9 shows compatibility with the EV 10 SP4 Mac Client, and says you should look at this technote
Requires Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 with the appropriate hotfix
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH211666
The hotfix you download will have the Mac Client as part of the package.
If you want to restore the email for them, you can go to the Vault Admin Console. right click Archives and then click Export Wizard, and then you can choose to restore to the Original location in the mailbox or a PST etc
But would try giving the newer client a go first
