EV 10.4 FSA Placeholders Not Appearing Off of the File Server

Hello Sym team!

I have installed EV 10.4 FSA Agent on a file server. It is functioning correctly. It archives files and recalls them correctly. However, the placeholder icon is only rendered while logged onto the file server. When you access the file share from another computer the placeholder appears as grey X. Please see the attached files.

Is there any way to make the placeholder icon appear correctly?

your attachments did not come through but what you're describing sounds like the expected behavior.
