EV10 (SP3) Items being archived, search returns vault being updated

Items are being journaled and archived (can export from archive to PST, savesets being created. However, nothing in the indexes.  Rebuild go fast but show nothing added to indexes.

EV10 archiving from Exchange 2010.

On Windows 2008 R2, IPV6 disabled.

Was this an upgrade or new install?

Are there any errors in the EV App Log?

New install of EV10 SP2, upgraded to SP3 (2 having same issue)

No errors in EV event log.

You have GOT to be freaking kidding me!

Looking in system log, I noticed, burried, two DCOM errors.  Turned on remote administration.

NOW the index rebuild it taking longer (before completed rapidly, adding nothing.) I am seeing items added to the index. Finally. (I had port 135 already open TCP and UDP).

May have spoken too soon.  Only rebuilt 1. The rest show same behavior

So now 1 has rebuilt correctly but your others are still having problems?

Did these ever work when you were 10.0.2?

It has an Adv troubleshooting section that might lend a hand in narrowing down the issue.
