Hi,

How to restore sent items in enterpriese vault, because I have the 2006 mails in my Inbox, but what ever mails was sent past 2006 years, this mails are not in my Sent box. .

Hear i able to see those mails in EV, but how to restore in SentBox. Can u please give me suggestions. Need u r urgent help..

So you can see the email in your archive explorer ok? Depending on your version of ev you can use virtual vault or have your ev admin restore the sent items folder via the vault admin console export wizard back to the mailbox

have you looked in archive explorer or used the vault search page? those two would be your best bets for "self service." otherwise, you might have to open a ticket with your help desk like JW suggests and have the EV admin do it.

It depends on how many items you need to restore. If there are a lot of items, you may be able to use the export archive wizard. Another option is to use the archive explorer and use the right click menu option "Move to mailbox". From the archive explorer, highlight the items you want to restore, right click on one of them and select "Move to mailbox" option. Archive explorer can also be used to read/reply/forward the emails and you may not even need to move them back to your mailbox.

Usually the URL for the archive explorer will be 

http://<EVSERVERNAME>/enterprisevault/archiveexplorerui.asp

(replace the <EVSERVERNAME> with your servername
