Error: Failed to make a working copy of message

Dear All,

When archiving task starts, I get an error the below from a user

"failed to make a working copy of message titled:" ..title.."

Event ID:2268

Event Source: Enterprise Vault

EV 7.0 SP1

Exchange 2003 SP2

Does anybody have any idea what is happening?

This may not be the case with your user but check and see if the user has exceeded their storage quota on their mailbox....

Hi Andra,

Thank for your reply, we didn't implement quotas on EV user archives and he hasn't reach the quoto at Exchange mailbox. I think EV can't archive these item. 

 I am searhing for what could be the possible reasons for EV not to archive any of items and how to overcome this kind of issues.
