Best thing to do in this instance is get a crash dump of the process and send it in for analysis. In the articles section Rob Wilcox has written a good article with recommendations on grabbing a dump.

I have a couple of message similar to this a few months ago and it turned out DEP was enabled.

I disabled DEP in the boot.ini and restarted the server, since then no more problems.

Might be worth a quick look.

I did get a pop-up asking if I wanted to disable DEP for the program.  I guess next time I see that message, I'll take them up on the offer.

I do see /noexecute=optout in the boot.ini.  So DEP is on for everything.

Thanks.

You can use the following to exclude EVConverterSandbox from DEP :

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc738483(WS.10).aspx

Hope that helps,

You could just turn DEP off completely by changing the line to /noexecute=AlwaysOff
