Hi everybody,
I want use the "HTTP-only Outlook Add-In", but after installed it on my client I have only one button on the toolbars the "Search Vaults".
My version of Enterprise Vault is 8.0 SP5
My version of Outlook is 2003 SP2
Anybody have an idea ?

Is your account disabled for archiving? I think you only ever see this button in that case, unless of course as Andy mentioned your policy is hiding them.

How do you have your desktop policy configured? All the toolbar buttons can be displayed/hidden as per policy.

Else ... Yes I have configure a desktop policy with all options "Enabled" and "On Toolbar".

Can you get a client trace and post it - it will show what's there from the hidden message perspective.

Thanks for your help ... in fact, the accounts were disabled ... after the migration to 7.5 SP6 to 8.0 SP5 ... and I need to use EVPM for enabled all acount.
