How to migrate from EV in one Exchange org to EV in another Exchange org?

My apologies in advance for asking this, my search criteria is not hitting on good results. If you have such links handy feel free to post them and tell me to pound sand. :)

Due to a potential consolidation we have situation where we may have to migrate archived Exchange 2003 journal content from EV in an Exchange 2003 org to EV in an entirely separate Exchange 2007 org in another AD forest. What would the proper process for this be? Export the TBs of the data back to Exchange 2003 (yeah that'll be fun), migrate the mailbox to the other org, and re-ingest it to the other EV environment?

Export / Import (to PST) is the best you can do, I think.
Our Tool, Archive Shuttle may help you with that. (Not sure if it suits the needs for multi TB Journal moves... you should inquire with our evtools.net site)
