I recently noticed that I can no longer see every archive in my vault server listed in the drop-down list when I use the web console or outlook add-on to search, although I am a "power user". I also noticed that I cannot see all archives listed even when I use the ev service account. When I bring up the archive of a user in EVA, one that I cannot see listed in the search list, I noticed that the user's name is the only one listed in the permissions window? In the past the ev service account plus a number of admin groups were listed in the set of permissions. Did something change from version 8 to 9 in EV relating to permissions? If go ahead and add myself to the archive's permission set, then, I can see that archive listed in the search drop-down list. I recently upgraded from 8 to 9 and subsequently to 9.0.1 and then 9.0.2.
I attached a screenshot of two users to show the difference.
Thank you in advance for any help you can supply.

You screenshots show that the archive you have permissions on was automatically synchronized to the archive.
have you changed the setting Synchronize Folder Permissions ( http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO37219) or Inherited Permissions (Article URL http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO37293)

Hello Leo,
The archives you do not see, are those by accident new users? Users on a new Exchange server?
From the screenshots, it looks like you are not syncing permissions anymore. Look in your mailbox-policy, tan advanced, there are some settings about permissions (inherited/default and anonymous/folder). Perhaps one of those changed. Or did yuou make a new policy, and forgot to adjust those.
