ID 6794 "Access is denied"

EV = 8.0 SP4
Exchange = 2007 SP2
Server = Win 2K8 Std SP2

Just tried to export an mail archive from the EVconsole to a PST file.  I get this error in Eventvwr. I am running as the SEVadmin account.
I checked the forum and I found another user who has the same problem as me, but there wasn't a solution.

you're going to need to get a dtrace of migratorserver to see exactly what happened
i've seen this though when the site alias wasn't resolvable, just as a matter of interest, if you use the PST migrator from the start menu, does it work or does it fail?

also the access denied could be due to the PST file itself, maybe AV or something like that is interfering
just as a matter of interest, does the PST file it says it created exist? what happens if you try and open it in outlook?

I did a dtrace and I've got the log file, when you say site alias wasn't resolvable, what should I be looking for in the logs?
Yes I used the PST migrator via the Start menu and it fails with the error above.

Yes. username_Export_0001.pst is created.
 I can see the PST file created and I can add it in Outlook but all I see is the directory structure but nothing inside them.

Search the VERITAS Enterprise Vault (tm) server for MAPISVC.INF in \WINNT\System32.
If this is not 11 KB, copy the MAPISVC.INF file from \Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT to \WINNT\System32.
Retry exporting the Vault to a PST again.
also try rebooting the server

Also you dont per chance have PSTDisableGrow enabled in the registry as well?

Yeah sure. See attachement. (replaced some parts with generic info. eg. EVSERVER, users etc.)

Also you dont per chance have PSTDisableGrow enabled in the registry as well?
- We havent modifed any reg
- No reg entry on the server.
- Reg entry not enabled on user's desktops set to: PSTDisableGrow    REG_DWORD    0x0

Hi everyone,
I forgot to mention that we're using Netapp filers as our backend storage for our Vault Store Partitions.
The current version of the OS is OnTap Release 7.3.2

Any one have a similar setup?
