Is there a way to set the default behavior for Restoring Items

I've got a customer that want to be able to set the default behavior of the "Restore Item" function.  They want it to default to the "Current Folder" only instead of popping up a message each time a user wants to restore an item.  They claim that this was set in ver 7.5 but not anymore.  Ideas?

only way that i know how to is using the lite client

I think JW2 is right.. the lite client (can be set via policy) doesn't give you a choice... so you could use that.
