Hi,
We have EV 9 archiving for domino server.
There are two EV servers in cluster.
Two user's mailfile and person document have been deleted from Domino and the mailboxes were disabled in the EV as well.
When my archiving task for mailbox runs the task is trying to archive this two mailboxes as well even when the mailboxes are disabled.
I am getting the following error in the event Viewer:
Event ID 40966
Description:A program fault has raised an exception.
Exception Error (16643)- Opening Database "Database name" mail\user,nsf (filedoes not exist).
The above event is generated every time the archiving task runs.
Also when we check these two mailboxes in the Provisioning task they are not listed
But when I right click the "Lotus Domino Archiving task" and select run now in report mode and select list all mailboxes I am able to see these two mailboxes. This may be the reason for the archiving task to search this mailboxes even though they have been disabled.
How can I remove this two mailboxes from archiving so that the "Lotus Domino Archiving task" never search for this mailbox to archive.
Please suggest.
