Im getting a few errors like below appearing in the event log, mainly for 4 users you use corel draw as one of their file types is .PST. Which has nothing to do with emails.

These are found on the server where we keep a copy of the users profiles, the pc version of these files are fine as i have changed the status of these files to DO NOT MIGRATE on the personal storage Management files list. But these server copies dont appear on this list and when 2 of them have i cant change the status of them as the migration drop down box is greyed out and stuck on Not Ready.

this was meant to be fixed in EV8 SP2 i believe, dont suppose you have a dtrace of the locator task or maybe these were located pre EV8 SP2? would suggest contacting support as this maybe a regression

What version of Enterprise Vault are you on?
I'm pretty sure they fixed this in one of the more recent releases

i shall contact support and raise a case with them. let you know the outcome when solved
