NTFS to Centera Migration is not working

Hi, 

I am trying to migarte a data from a closed NTFS partion to Centera and its giving me the following error in th elog file.

When I checked with the backup team that they confirmed the data is fully backedup and upto date.

So i reset the attributes as per this article ( http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH69486 ) , [Root_Of_The_EV_Partition]\> attrib /s *.* > C:\attrib_log.txt

and  attribute is showing  as "D" and again tried, but still the migrator utility creates the same log file as above and the  issue persists.

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Ent.

EV:  Enterprise vault 11.0.1.3474 for exchange ( Exchange  2010 Sp3)

Can anyone please help?

you need to make sure that EV thinks the files have been backed up. have a look here: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH35610
