New Domino Server Wizard - Enterprise Vault

Hi guys, anyone knows how to reslove issue in adding new Domino server in Enterprose Vault 8.0 SP1? Domino server version is 8.0. Upon the new server I am getting the message prompt "Colud not get the Server version and/or Service Pack version. Reason: The Domino server is not responding." What should I check first? Thanks.

I would review your deployment scanner results and any events that you may get in the ev event log.

Anyything logged or apparent issues?

I would look to Dtrace MMC whilst replicating the issue.

If the above, fails log a case with support. If you can see anything please post it.

Hi Don, 

  We've  already resolve the issue, we tried to add the hostname and ip address of the new Domino server to the EV server's host file and then I was able to add the new domino server. Thanks a lot!
