We just finished upgrading from EV 7.0 to 9.0.1 but when we we install the 9.0.1 client it says that that add-in faile because the enterprise vault version is not compatible and the old 7.0 clients seem to still work. We have a crtitcal support case open but its been 3 hours and no returned call yet. We get this error on all 3 Outlook versions 2003, 2007 and 2010 with the web client.

Did you do an uninstall of the old client before installing the new?
Have you synchronized the mailboxes?

I found the syncronize tab in the tasks. I knew it had to be somthing like that. Thanks!!! To heck with support just use the forms!!!!! ;)
