error when upgrading to EV 9.0.3

I am having some issue with upgrading my EV 9.0.2 to EV 9.0.3.

I cannot stop Windows Management Instrumentation services.

These are the services that need to be stop

Windows Management Instrumentation

HTTP SSL

WorldWide Web Publishing Service

IIS Admin Service

Officescan NT Listener.

It seems that I cannot stop Officescan NT Listener because all the options is disabled.

Do you have UAC enabled on the server? If yes try opening services with run as administrator option.

Does you EVSA account have appropriate rights on the server to stop the services?

You can also kill the process for the services using the taskmanger .

managed to upgrade after i unload my officescan listener.

Perfect, normally the trend micro services are protected for unauthorized shutdown.

yeah its like any antivirus that is monitored and maintained by centralized servers, its so that virus's, malware etc can't unload the antivirus detection, or worse from users and admins themselves being able to disable it..... its purely by design, same as SAV/McAfee etc
