measuring amount of EV servers needed

Hi

I have a customer with EV server with active 1000 users.

he wants to add another 9000 users, which means 10000 active users.

How can I calculate if current server can handle all 10K users? what are the capacities of EV server?

any tools I can use? what is the best practice?

Hi Sarah

I would use the Exchange Mailbox Analyzer as a first step to understand the amount of data in your environment and then the Sizing Estimator can be used to generate the number of EV servers and types you would need.
