"You must have a network connection in order to delete archived items"

I have a user, running Outlook 2003 SP2 via Citrix FR3, who receives the following error message when she attempts to delete an archived message by highlighting the shortcut and using the Delete keyboard button or the normal Delete toolbar button:

"You must have a network connection in order to delete archived items"

If the user highlights the same message and uses the "Remove from Vault" toolbar button, the messages is removed as expected.

I have several hundred other users running in the same environment and this is the first I've come across this particular message. The message is in her Sent Items folder.

Any ideas?

I believe this is the kb needed.  It is the EnableAutoDial registry key
