remove from exchange archived mail without wait EV Backup

hy guys,

Do you know if it's possible to archive and remove from exchange mailbox immediatly email without to wait the backup of the EV server?

do you know if it's possible to NOT have the pending icon in outlook and in owa for one mail archived with EV ? 

Atm we have the EV server backup with backup exec 2012 realy slow..and if i backup with other solution, the pending icon in outlook and owa don't change.

well you can change your vault store partition to Immediately After Archive instead of After Backup
but really you're just masking a problem that the backup is insufficient/inefficient

i will test a new backup solution ( veeam backup ) and the only problan that i have are the icon in outlook.
